A blend of Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra varieties grown in Cusco's La Convención region at elevations of 1850-2100m. It offers a rich flavor of chocolate, black tea, and pineapple notes.

We are committed to training and education with the ultimate objective being the transfer of quality from the coffees we source, roast and present, to the cup. We are serious about coffee, so you won’t find our coffee everywhere, but you can be assured when you do see it, it will be like-minded, quality focused people just like us.
